RADIATION DEFECTS IN ZrO<sub>2</sub> NANOSTRUCTURAL COMPACTS IRRADIATED BY ELECTRON AND ION BEAMS

The thermoluminescence (TL) and EPR spectra of nanostructured compacts monoclinic ZrO 2 irradiated by three types irradiation have been studied: impulse flow 130 keV electrons, beam 10 MeV as well a 220 Xe ion beam. Irradiation samples with electrons ions leads to the formation F + centers in them. Thermal destruction these is observed temperature range 375–550 K for electron-irradiated 500– 700 ion-irradiated compacts. drop concentration associated depletion traps responsible TL peaks specified range. In an beam, new paramagnetic g = 1.963 1.986 were found, which, probably, Zr 3+ oxygen vacancies participate, thermal occurs 500–873 K.
